You don’t, can’t, and shouldn’t always give 100%, because then there is nothing left for you; nothing left to recharge from. If you eat 100% of the grain, there is nothing to plant for the next harvest. Keep something back so you can grow.

Yeah, today was kind of mediocre. That reminds me of those demotivator posters. They are kind of the sarcastic response to the motivation posters. Positivity is good, but sometimes it’s too much.
